Shipping Policy

We aim to make your hire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. All items are shipped via Express Post with tracking, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by AusPost. We recommend booking your hire with enough lead time to allow for any unexpected postal delays.

Pickups must be arranged during normal business trading hours, and a confirmed pickup time will be provided once your order is ready.

Returns

All hires must be returned the next business day following your event. To make returns easy, we include a prepaid return express satchel with every hire. Simply place the item in the satchel and lodge it over the counter at your nearest Post office by close of business the next day.

Timely returns help us ensure that every customer receives their item on time, so we appreciate your cooperation!
