We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable hire experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
All hire items must be returned the next business day following your event using the prepaid express return satchel provided with your order. Returns must be lodged over the counter at a Post office to ensure proper tracking.
Failure to return on time may result in daily late fees, and garments returned with damage or missing parts may incur additional charges, including up to the full retail value of the item.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our clothing hire service, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Incorrect sizing or fit

Failure to collect or return items on time
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the issue and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or credit at our discretion.
